What this Site collects

This Site is a static informational website. It has no user accounts and does not itself store your personal information on a server operated by us.

• Contact form and email. The contact form on this Site does not transmit anything to a server. Submitting it opens your own email application with a message pre-filled from the fields you completed; nothing is shared until you choose to send that email. Any information you send by email (such as your name, email address, phone number, and message) is received and used to respond to your inquiry and discuss your real estate needs.
• Phone and text. If you call or text, standard telephone records apply through your and our carriers.

Third-party tools embedded on this Site

• BoldTrail (home search and valuation). The home search and home valuation tools on this Site are provided by the BoldTrail platform through eXp Realty and are loaded from matthewbingham.exprealty.com. Information you enter into those tools (for example, search criteria or a property address) is collected and processed by BoldTrail/eXp Realty under their own privacy practices, not by this Site.
• Google Fonts. This Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which may involve your browser requesting files from Google's servers.
• Social links. Links to external services such as Facebook take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy policies.

Analytics and cookies

This Site does not currently set its own cookies or run its own analytics. Embedded third-party tools (such as BoldTrail) may set cookies or use similar technologies under their own policies.
